Black Lives Matters protest outside the Minneapolis Police Department 4th precinct
Kiara Stapleton, 26, a law enforcement student from North Minneapolis who plans to do community development work with her degree, dances with other Black Lives Matter protesters outside the Minneapolis Police Department 4th precinct headquarters on Thursday, November 19, 2015 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Protests and an encampment at the site have been ongoing since the police shooting of 24-year-old Jamar Clark by Minneapolis Police on Sunday, November 15.
Stapleton, whose sister is a Minneapolis police officer, said the 4th precinct police officers should be on the street with them: "They are the ones who should be outraged."
