Mourner Robert Jones stands outside of the wake/funeral of Sean Bell, 23, whose murder is referenced on the sweatshirt he had made and who comes from his neighborhood in Queens, at the Community Church of Christ in Queens, New York on December 1, 2006. Bell was killed in a hail of 50 bullets by New York City police officers in the early morning of November 25, 2006 leaving his bachelor party at Club Kalua in Queens, just hours before he as scheduled to marry in the church where his funeral was held.

"This is the voice of countless African-American men, women and children," said Jones. "We're being harassed by the people who are supposed to be protecting us. No one has good police relations in this community."
