Minty Peach Martini

1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. agave nectar

2 oz. sparkling wine

8-10 mint leaves

Directions: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish: mint leaf floating inside the glass
