Nekima Levy-Pounds, president of the Minneapolis NAACP, leads protestors with the Black Lives Matter movement protest in a prayer and chanting outside the Minneapolis Police Department 4th precinct headquarters, after activists who had been camped out in the front entrance to the precinct were cleared out on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

She said, "Lord, raise up the leaders who will rule this city with integrity ,fairness and justice. And we pray that you will stir out spirits, that we be willing to come back, time and time again, until we get the justice we’re seeking."

Protests and the encampment came in reaction to the shooting of 24-year-old Jamar Clark by Minneapolis Police on Sunday.
