Black Lives Matters protest outside the Minneapolis Police Department 4th precinct

People brought and ate food donated by the community at a food tent as the Black Lives Matter movement gathered for a night of community and protest outside the Minneapolis Police Department 4th precinct headquarters on Thursday, November 19, 2015 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Protests and an encampment at the site have been ongoing since the police shooting of 24-year-old Jamar Clark by Minneapolis Police on Sunday, November 15.

A more mellow and festive atmosphere, with a smaller police presence, prevailed after Wednesday evening's tear gas clashes between police and protesters.
