Zulu Parade at Mardi Gras in New Orleans

New Orleans Police Department officers walk en masse down Bourbon Street just before midnight on Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday, February 28, 2006. The event traditionally ends at midnight, Ash Wednesday and the officers were trying to get people to leave the street. This is the first Mardi Gras since Hurricane Katrina devastated the city.
