Julie Varney, manager and event coordinator of Dellwood Barn Weddings in Dellwood, Minnesota, is pictured in a structure which serves as a pigeon coop and tractor barn on the property on July 2, 2014.

Scott Alan Jordan, the owner of the barn and property, has converted the former dairy barn (which is estimated to be over 100 years old, is approximately 3800 square feet in size and can accommodate 250 guests) into a permitted wedding and event venue space.

Jordan owns a commercial construction company and grows hay for his horses on his 50 acre plot that used to be a much larger working dairy farm. He also raises and trains hunting dogs, like the one depicted in the sculpture pictured, on the land.
