One yar anniversary of Jamar Clark shooting

On the one year anniversary of his killing in a police shooting by MPD officers Schwarze and Ringgenberg, family members and supporters of Jamar Clark march and hold a commemorative event outside the 4th police precinct in Northeast Minneapolis on November 15, 2016. The precinct, where Clark was shot, was the site of a protest encampment after his shooting.

Young relatives of Clark's perform some music and dance. A niece of Jamar Clark, right, gestured as the song "A change is gonna come " by Sam Cooke was played.
