TJ Redig, 28, right, a case manager for the Hennepin Health RESOURCE Chemical and Mental Health emergency department in reach program in Minneapolis (Hennepin County), Minnesota picks up his client Prugh Jose, 42, who is homeless, from Mr. Jose's ex-wife's house in Northeast Minneapolis for a scheduled dental appointment at the Hennepin County Medical Center's Dental & Oral Surgery Clinic on February 6, 2015. One perks of the program is that clients are given a phone with unlimited minutes through which a case manager can reach a client to help him/her make appointments. On this day, though, Mr. Jose did not answer the phone and Mr. Redig knocked on the door instead.
