On the one year anniversary of his killing in a police shooting by MPD officers Schwarze and Ringgenberg, family members of Jamar Clark form a circle during a commemorative event outside the 4th police precinct in Northeast Minneapolis on November 15, 2016. The precinct, where Clark was shot, was the site of a protest encampment after his shooting.
